Design styling is one of our favorite services that we offer our clients here in Toledo, OH. This service focuses on the specific design elements within the room. Typically, design styling services will include arranging the space and selecting any furniture within it with an eye towards the colors, textures and patterns that elevate the visuals and flow. Full-Service Furnishings & Staging
Our experienced team of interior designers have worked with some truly amazing clients to provide full-service furnishings and staging services. Our full-service furnishing services are mainly used by show homes and corporate clients who need to house a high-level C-series rep for a few months. We can work with you to find the right furnishings and furniture to meet their demands and ensure that they can feel like home in the space. On the other side, our staging services are used almost exclusively by some of the top real estate agents in Toledo and provide them with the ability to truly see what the space can deliver. Unlike AI, our staging services will give clients something they can see and imagine in real life, increasing interest and allowing you to sell homes faster.
Large-Scale Renovations
When it is time to redesign your home, large-scale renovations can be the only thing you can do that makes sense. We have worked with a lot of clients to provide them with project management and interior design services for their large-scale renovations. These services allow us to work with you to redesign your space from the studs, and we can rejig, reorder, and even completely gut rooms to create the flow that you want. Project management is not for the faint of heart, but we absolutely love it. We have worked on both commercial and residential project management and can help you keep your project on target and avoid common pitfalls that we see across the industry. Whether you are working through your first ever project and are not sure where to start, or are an experienced builder who is looking for a helping hand on a specific special project, our team of professional project managers can help guide the ship and ensure that deliverables and tight deadlines are met, all while balancing contractors, trades and state inspections.
New Construction Design
If you are looking to build a new home, the first thing you should do after securing your builder is find a design firm that can work with that builder from the onset. We have seen so many homeowners come to us after the initial designs are done, and let us tell you, that is an expensive mistake. Instead, we always tell our prospective clients to contact us at the initial stages, and we can work with the builder to ensure that your wants and needs are taken care of. Yes, Twenty Two Designs is a full-service interior design shop here in Toledo, OH. This means that our staff can handle everything in-house, from project management to design services and even large-scale renovations and construction.
Can you provide residential and commercial services?
Yes, we can provide both residential and commercial services. We have worked with hundreds of residential clients, and our residential interior designers can handle everything from design services in a single room to a large-scale renovation and new home design. On the commercial side, we also have some of the best commercial interior designers in Toledo, Ohio, with hundreds of storefronts and offices worked on over the years and many happy customers.
Do you provide in-person and virtual consults?
We are happy to provide both in-person and virtual consults with our clients. With today's technology, we certainly can work with clients virtually. However, as part of our interior design process, it is best if we can see the space and see exactly what we are working with. During this initial site visit, we can take measurements, scan the rooms, and provide you with 3D renderings of what we envision using the state-of-the-art in-house software. Naturally, as the project progresses, we can provide updates in-person or virtually, whatever you prefer.
