How our Project Management approach works

When you hire our team of project managers, you will be assigned a lead for your specific project. We have dedicated staff who handle residential projects and commercial projects, and will be your point of contact as you move forward. Once we sign the agreements, we will get to work and set up our own internal schedule to make sure that we can deliver the project on time. We will then lead all contact with outside contractors, our own interior design team and any inspectors or professionals that we need to connect with before moving forward. Simply put, when you work with our team, you are working with a proven project management company that knows its approach works.

We have been working with contractors and subcontractors since we first broke into the project management space. We know some of the top tradespeople in Toledo, Ohio, and can open our address book to find the right person for the job. We excel at people management and can work with these contractors to ensure they are on-site when needed and coordinate across trades to keep work moving throughout the week.

Yes, since we have been working in Toledo, OH, for a while, we have developed a preferred list of vendors and contractors over the years. We are happy to share this list with our clients and with multiple trades, contractors, and some of the best vendors in the state. With these amazing professionals working with us, we can help save you money and deliver a better overall project.
What is your approach to time crunches and budget concerns?
If we are dealing with a time crunch or budget concerns, then we need to chat with our client. We know that over time, things can change, especially with larger projects. Whether we are dealing with supply chain issues, unforeseen circumstances, or simply running behind, we are all about clear communication with our clients. We will ensure you are updated on what is happening and what we are doing about it. Communication is key, and whether it is budget- or timeline-related, we'll make sure we are on the same page.
