Are you fully licensed?
Yes, we are a fully licensed project management and interior design company that is able to work across the great State of Ohio. All of our staff are fully bondable, insured and accredited to provide commercial and residential interior design services.
Do you provide written contracts or agreements?
Yes, we are proud to provide written contracts, agreements and quotes for our great clients. We believe in being up front and honest with everyone we work with and will provide detailed quotes that include labor, materials and any fees that we need to charge from the state or local governments. For our contracts, we are happy to review them with you and can answer any questions that you may have.
How do you work with an existing builder in a neighborhood or development?
We are one of the top interior design companies in Toledo, OH, and have worked with many of the region's top builders. If you are building in a new development, we can work with your builder from the outset to ensure your requested customizations are made before the foundation is set. We also offer remodel services to work with you after the building is up and can make tweaks and changes to ensure that you get the right look for your entire home, room by room.

Yes, we are happy to be the point of contact for your new build and to serve as the go-between between the builder and you. Depending on your specific needs, we can also provide a project management service to ensure that the builder knows what customizations and changes are needed and will work with them to make it happen.
Are you an architect, and can you redesign our home?
We are not architects, but we can certainly work with you to redesign your home. If you are making significant changes to your home, we will work with some of the best architectural firms in the state to make changes happen that are legal and up to code. From structural to cosmetic, we are the interior design company that can deliver your project here in Toledo, Ohio.
